Our planet is an amazing place that increasingly needs our collective help to thrive. It’s simply not enough to conserve what we have inherited – we can change the story from decline to recovery, ensure that our Island is more sustainable, more welcoming and full of promise. If every person pledged to do just one thing to help our environment, it will have an enormous impact.
Earth Day is an annual event – this year being held on Saturday 22nd April – designed to demonstrate support for environmental protection.
We’re delighted that Sheena Brockie worked with us for Earth Day to share a few simple everyday actions that can help create a lasting impact on our planet.
Sheena is the founder of The Good Jersey Life, and is a nature-focused consultant who gives guidance on living sustainably on our beautiful Island. She is also a co-founder of Plastic Free Jersey, and GROW, Jersey’s first community horticultural project.

In April’s Connect Magazine, find our comprehensive guide designed to empower you to make a difference with simple, everyday actions that contribute to environmental protection.
